      Pros

      We have great staff, great managers, great techs, great trainings, and great parties. I love Any Hour! I've brought so many of my family to come and work with me. :)

      Cons

      The only frustration I've had with this company is that I got covid from by boss, LOL. It was an accident.

      I learned everything there was to know when it comes to servicing a house's electrical.

      The company chews you up and spits you out if you're an apprentice and the pay sucks.

      Pros

      Honestly, this company is no joke and is a force to be reckoned with. Typically a firm is focused on maximizing revenue and profit but for Any Hour their focus is definitely on people. People being customers and employees. On top of the hourly rate there is a great opportunity to make tons more. The team that they have set up is one built for success and they push every team member to never settle for mediocrity.

      Cons

      In my position I had to listen to customer complaints but even then we would hear from our managers when and how those complaints were handled so customers could walk away with a smile on their faces.
