Pros
Positive culture, lots of happy and hard working people here. Find my self energized from working with the people here. Started here in an entry level role and have gotten opportunities to take on new responsibilites. Love the regular training I've recieved here to learn my trade and also develop better communication. The company has grown really quickly and it's fun working and growing with friends.
Cons
The company always too much work to do and more homeowners service and it makes it really easy to work longer days. The company is great about allowing overtime.
