      Pros

      The owners really care. They have the best license ratio of any company in the state, journeyman to apprentice

      Cons

      Lots of work to do. It is hard to get a job there because they under hire and I think they need to hire more technician. They just don’t believe in laying off.

      Pros

      Any Hour focuses on helping their employees become their best selves. They put a lot into self development whether its technical or personal. The owners put a lot back into the company ie. great benefits, fully stocked trucks, an in house exercise facility and basketball/pickleball court. They are always doing competitions and parties for the employees and their families. They have good core values and stand by those values.

      Cons

      Really the only con I could come up with is that they are sometimes too "soft". This to some could be looked at as a Pro but as Joko Willink said 'It's not what you preach, it's what you tolerate.' Sometimes too much is tolerated.
