      Pros

      There is room to grow and actually make a career not just have a job. Amazing environment. I feel like I work with my friends and not just coworkers. Management that Actually cares about me. Great pay. Lots of training. Help in getting needed certifcations. Tuition reimbursement. This is a place where yes you will work hard, but you do it knowing that it will pay off. I absolutely love the person I am because of working here

      Cons

      I have been in the industry for 21 years. Compared to everywhere else I have worked, I honestly don't have anything negative to say about Any Hour.

      Pros

      Any Hour genuinely wants the best for their people and customers. The hiring process is unique to any company I have ever seen. You can tell the owners are passionate about their people and the business they are in. Training is consistent on all levels. They want to help others grow in all aspects of life and understand the importance of work - life harmony.

      Cons

      Any Hour is constantly looking for ways to grow and be better. With growth comes things like new processes and procedures which have a lot of moving parts behind the scenes that can be hard to see at times. This type of change can be overwhelming for people if they do not understand why something is happening. Management is open to feedback and encourages employees to ask questions to understand the why behind the changes being made. Remembering that change is about progress and opportunity can help overcome this frustration.

      - This company lives it's core values and expects their people to live them. - The customer wins, the employee wins, and as long as the company is able to fulfill those 2 wins at a profit, then the company wins. - The benefits are good, health, dental, life, disability, retirement + a match, vacation - The company places a high value on leadership and developing leaders ... most of the managers are promoted from within. - The leadership cares about you succeeding, they have a so much training available - They invest the money into marketing to make sure they have calls/work year round

      Cons

      - If you don't like hard work, you probably won't like it here - If you don't like people, your day consists of interacting with homeowners all day
