Pros

Work for yourself, set your own work schedule. Work life balance. Days off, holidays off when you want. Meet and work with interesting people and help them better their lives.

Cons

Have to find your own business. Be prepared to work odd hours, such as early morning and arvo and evennings. So shift. Unpaid when not working such as on holidays or if a client is away for whatever reason.
