Great company. You are there to help people better to themselves. To change lives. It is a fulfilling job.

Cons

If you get a bad owner, the job will be bad. No room for growth within the company unless you open up your own franchise.

Minimal training, but is easy to learn on job You can't really progress, I wouldn't say its a career other than manager and that's it
