      Pros

      The company provides good benefits and a healthy retirement contribution match, to the registered retirement account of your choice, once provided proof of your contribution. In addition to wages, there is an excellent bonus structure to reward hard work and results. Employers prioritizes family/work balance, not just in word but in action.

      Cons

      Certain seasons bring long hours and tight deadlines. However, that is due to the industry, not the company specifically. Otherwise, there are no downsides.

      A great friendly place. People are made to feel welcome. Extremely helpful staff.

      Need to pay more . No room for advancenent and supply benefits and holidays.
