      Work for the company during the height of Covid and their response to the situation was mediocre at best and rules weren’t really enforced at a property level. Because we were essential we were still onsite dealing with residents face to face. And I’d you have a Covid related issues they was never any clear direction on what they were going to do if you had to be out for extended periods of time. HR department sounds like they are for you but really are for the company.

      Slow paced, you get to get out of the office to drive to the bank for rent deposits.

      Cons

      HORRIBLE company to work for. HR does not do anything to help out the employee. My previous supervisor would hire family members as “vendors” to work on the apartments and NOTHING would get fixed. The buildings are all ROACH INFESTED, and supervisor won’t pay for a better fumigation because it’s expensive. How are you suppose to provide the best service and needs for residents if the company does not want to do anything about it. Oh and the entire piping system is thousand of years old so, you will have to deal with a huge water leak every other month because they won’t invest in new plumping. That means ANGRY residents.
