-Little of flexibility, which again depends on manger

Cons

- Arrogant Indian Leadership who never listens but always claims that they care for there people. - Environment is only of buttering. If you are good in that than correct place to join. - those who works never gets anything and leadership assumes that these people don't want anything.

There are many interesting projects that are intellectually challenging and fulfilling. Also, the work life balance has been excellent - an important factor as I have a young family.

Cons

No major complaints. One point is that career progression is not automatically structured. While the company has an internal job posting system, the onus is on the individual employee to seek out his or her path.
