Pros

No micro-managing. Results oriented culture. Upper-management is extremely open and accessible to reach out and talk to.

Cons

Seniors and executives could be a little more enthusiastic to work there. Most of them seem to leverage their autonomy to spend as little time in the office as possible, which is often discouraging.

Pros

McLagan is a great place to build a career. McLagan has maintained it's "small firm" culture which presents lots opportunities to make an impact. As a globally run business, colleagues can build connections and relationships across the globe. The office environment is collegial with a diverse group of junior staff and approachable senior management. The organization has a diverse set of roles, skills, and expertise across consulting, relationship management, data analysis, process improvement, marketing, etc. There are lots of exciting changes underway making it an interesting / engaging time to join the firm.

Cons

McLagan has a hard-working and passionate team. The business is largely organized by small teams so trust is key. Important for individuals work hard and be flexible.
