Compensation does match skill set below management level. Aon IT is a cheap labor mill. They are currently creating an under appreciated culture within IT by offering the best opportunities ar for people with little to no experience and poor for experienced technicians who are asked to train these new "apprentice" techs. Some of which are not even interested in IT and lack the maturity to provide adequate customer service within a face-paced customer oriented environment. Many opportunities for cross-training, but increased compensation is not provided for increased skill-set that is highly exploited.

This is an HR job. 40-60% of the time you are on the phone. Once you have built your spreadsheet your excel advancement is none. Really annoying environment. Seems like the blame always goes down to the Specialists. Poor training overall. Absolutely 0 opportunity for advancement. Takes 5 years to go from Specialist I to Team Leader.
