Pros

Aon provides channels to explore multiple career roles both domestically and internationally.

Cons

Aon is subject to intense cost-scrutiny given its role within a low-margin professional services industry. This scrutinizing focus on cost at the management level has a trickle-down effect on business practices at the product level.

Pros

As a whole, the company's culture is dynamic and is pretty upbeat. The company has a good branding, and is one if not the biggest insurance brokers in the world. It is exciting to be part of that huge and dominant "family".

Cons

Because of the company's size, people hardly really know each other which creates a problem whereby people are under-utilised. Further, it feels like there's too much posturing around.
