Pros

Considerable effort in relation to other comparable employers in the region is spent on nurturing the talent and people of Aon. Culture within Regional is relaxed and people are generally helpful/approachable, especially the Senior Management team.

Cons

Project governance can be somewhat slightly improved in terms of process compared with other regions

Pros

Advancement is fairly transparent. Good study program. Dynamic opportunities available

Cons

Seasonal hours can be in the 50's to 60's. The culture is very cut-throat.

Pros

None at the moment, the sale of the legacy Hewitt business to Blackstone is leaving everyone uneasy and on the verge of being displaced.

Cons

The sale of the Hewitt side to Blackstone is leaving us in a hairy situation. Separating a company this large with our limited resources is daunting. Morale is low. No one knows what the future holds, but it certainly does not look good. Look somewhere else
