Pros

Being able to work remotely is great. They do provide this opportunity.

Cons

Decent benefits package, but the lack of raises over the years were offset by increasing insurance costs. Like I said in the previous sentence, lack of raises. The company took an approach of, "A raise every other year..." and that would be a 1.5% increase. Every year the standards regarding raises became increasingly more difficult to achieve. Management would quickly throw you under the bus to save their own skin. Rather than accept responsibility for their lack of action, they look for scapegoats. Let's put it this way, in the 7 years of my employment, we had 5 turnovers at the top. Management here is nothing short of a joke. There is no company morale. You'll be lucky to ever meet anyone on your team. Training is simply CBTs. Do not expect them to send you to actual training classes. It is a baptism by fire. Your team typically helps you along the way, but the amount of work added to the backs of the System Analysts often means they have little to no time to train.
