Pros

Remote work Good pay and benefits

Cons

Terrible onboarding So much remote work that the office is empty; poor opportunities to build relationships So many long-tenured employees; hard to break into the clique "We've always done it this way" High turnover in India finance team makes it difficult to resolve client billing issues (it takes months and months of follow-up)

Pros

Potential great opportunities for visibility depending on department or function

Cons

Expensive and increasingly expensive benefits. Company is laser focused on share price only. Bonuses never fund fully regardless of company performance. Currently restructuring. Consistently reducing staff and increasing workload.

Pros

I have been with AON for the past 5 years. A good company to learn about Health and welfare benefits.

Cons

There is NO honest communication from senior leadership about the current changes until you come to work to find out that you are being laid off. This makes for a very stressful, tense, and tumultuous work environment. There is also no room for advancement with the Aon Retiree Health Exhange and the pay could be much better. Over the past 2 years, there has been a decline in the amount of incentive income so, if you are considering AON, please do your research. There is also no engagement from Senior leadership to your direct report.
