Pros

Mediocre pay, flexible remote working during COVID, good work/life balance if you have a good manager

Cons

If you have a bad manager then it can be rough, too much client work for the number of consultants

Pros

Friendly environment, good job to just get started after college, good training to make you feel comfortable

Cons

Not really any room for growth, good raises are non-existent, management doesn't seem to care about retaining employees

Pros

- Work from home - Great Pay - Trainers were easy to get in contact with - You received holiday pay - Managers and Trainers are reachable on personal hours

Cons

- The job was seasonal, but we weren't told that until 3 weeks into our training - The company sent me the wrong equipment and I did not receive pay - You really had to depend on your coworkers for half of the information you needed to relay to the customers - Needed more in depth training - Shallow
