Pros

The work force was very technically competent. All of them have also gone on to better opportunities.

Cons

Super low salary, extremely incompetent executive management, overpriced and inflexible product line. Products not designed with competitive features that customers want. Impossible quotas. Quotas are based monthly rather than quarterly, and if you discount a week for invoicing, you have only 3 weeks to close deals. Every month. Month in and month out.

Pros

Worked remotely and allowed to network with the industry. Learned a lot about PC Hardware out of necessity.

Cons

Disorganized leadership with no core values. While their message was "Open & Share", that ideology was never practiced. Sales internal would try to go direct on opportunities and mess up the channel. Engineering would rarely properly support sales in their pre and post sales process. If it was supported, the language barrier was always a negative to the customer in North America.
