I was somehow skeptical while seeing Glassdoor review, but with new management's direction and strategy, the company is transforming toward potential company. The management is supportive and encouraging. Another major plus, the leadership here is reasonable and inspiring. For example, they are willing to jump in if you ask for help. Working Environment here is pretty flexible and office location is great.

Cons

Process needs to be more streamlined and efficient. Sometimes, you will need to chase after several people to get things done internally. Each Dept is not sync up at all.
