US Corporate based in beautiful San Jose CA

Cons

Taiwanese executive management is clueless-each month brings different sales strategies with same, zero results Dismal workplace environment-no esprit de corp. No understanding of US market demands Product reputation (once good) shot-to-hell Management (whether Taiwan or US) manages through fear and intimidation. Key industry partners have lost faith and have moved on

Pros

There used to a few nice managers, but all left one by one Off work on-time (not much to do/learn)

Cons

Terrible CEO doesn't know what he's doing Lack of business plan/direction and marketing strategy. Feel aimless and meaningless at work everyday.
