Pros

Colleagues are awesome. Good people that enjoy life and their time away from work.

Cons

Pretty miserable work environment. Leadership loves to incite fear in employees. Leadership is super disconnected from ground level workers and love to push mission statements and corporate jargon that no employees believe in. Mid-level managers are a mix of younger suck-ups and older guys trying to hang on to their corporate salary for dear life.
