Not sure management has a clue what is going on.

Pros

The teamwork resulting from a mutual hatred of being beaten down on a regular basis. Good people that are hard to keep.

Cons

The top down management mentality that senior management holds a "station" within the company permiates the rest of the organization leaving the rest of the workforce dismayed. With little to no governing process and 90% of decisions being made on emotional bias not data it's hard to get anywhere. The executives use the employee base as their own personal tools for whatever suits their fancy that day and have no concern for work life balance or prioritization. This conduct is then reproduced via management through fear mongering at the lower levels resulting in a chaotic mess where everyday is a fire drill.
