Hands off management, great place to work if you are creative and proactive

Cons

Had seem to loose perspective at the Global scale and retrenched to what they know better, ie Lower 48.

More experience here than anywhere else. You get 2 years of experience within 1 calendar year. Ability to implement new ideas is encouraged!

Cons

Worst IT project management structure. No project managers. Expects technical people to manage and deliver projects while still delivering the technical sides.
