If you are willing to work and work hard, this is the company for you. It is always a go go go atmosphere. Compensation is very good, including bonus etc. With the company you can see projects from concept to completion relatively quickly Lots of learning on the job

Cons

No work life balance. Mostly just work, which is good for early in your career Lots of pressure to perform
