Pros

Benefits are still pretty good, but they are making a big effort to cut all experienced well paid employees, outsource and replace with cheaper younger employees... There are still a lot of good people, but the morale is low

Cons

Non-stop layoffs, declining profitability, terrible directionless upper management. There is a reason people are leaving in droves.

Amazing benefits and office environment, very smart people to work with.

Cons

No job stability. They don’t know how to manage the company money and they tend to lay off a lot. I was laid off 6 months after I was hired.
