I liked the community involvement.

Cons

Management was very poor. HR failed to resolve any issues. Many men could easily have sexual harassment suits against them. The culture was counter productive. Many negative people.

More experience here than anywhere else. You get 2 years of experience within 1 calendar year. Ability to implement new ideas is encouraged!

Cons

Worst IT project management structure. No project managers. Expects technical people to manage and deliver projects while still delivering the technical sides.
