This place is full of hypocrites!
Pros
The best thing about this job was the benefits. The pay was decent and raises are steady. The company is very supportive of charity events and continued education for it's employees.
Cons
The Client Accounting department is FULL of two faced people. They preach about their core values and ethics but they do not apply those to the management teams. Employees are promoted solely on "favoritism". If you learn to play "the game", then you will succeed. All it takes is for one person to single you out and before you know it, the entire supervising team is against you and will have no chance. When in doubt...go to HR about EVERYTHING. Keep track of all things said to you in your one on one meetings with management, because they will be used against you or the things discussed will be made up entirely. After about a year with this company the honeymoon phase wears off and you start to see the truth.
