Pros

They value your input and work ethic. As much as you put in, they'll give back. They encourage learning, both formally with fantastic tuition reimbursement and internally so you can explore your options and career path within the company. With a small but growing company, finding the "easy" path up the ladder isn't an option. You have to be driven to make your path. Great benefits, health and wellness program and overall culture. This is a great company to work for.

Cons

No specifics. With a growing company, there are always growing pains. Better communication is always something we can work on.

Politics, favoritism, brain-washing by too many "feel good" gurus. Some poor management choices, lack of true leadership. Unable or unwilling to share vision. Unwilling or unable to take constructive criticism.

Apex has a wonderful corporate culture, and the people feel like family. It's really a great place to work.

Cons

The only downside if the lack of career advance opportunities. But, if you like the job you are in, then it won't really matter.
