People are great, their technology and training.

Cons

Culture is not what they claim, if you have any complaints don't you dare bring it up. There are consequences and management already has their favorites.

Hands down its the bonus. With a financial bonus unheard of that is given out companywide it's beyond belief.

Privately held financial institute. Since they are privately held, they don't have any governance that requires them to abide by the standards of publicly trade financial institutions. This is treated as a competitive edge that allows them to do things no publicly traded company would dare.
