      Not much pros at this firm

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. culture, and unprofessional hire ups. Lots of office politics and set up for failure, nepotism is pretty common depending on your team and position. Lots of turnover, had the worst manager and team throughout my whole career

      Pros

      Fast growing company with a lot of potential for long term career development. Frequently acquiring new businesses to expand its footprint in the financial service space.

      Cons

      Company does not reward hard work and dedication of their employees causing a high amount of turnover and a big decline in employee morale. Bonuses are extremely low compared to competitors and salary is below market. They have acquired several businesses but have done nothing to engage the new employees and get them excited to be a part of a fast growing organization. They have given them more work and less compensation and recognition.

      Exposure to senior leadership due to understaffing.

      Cons

      Constant downsizing and outsourcing. They make you train your overseas replacement. Will promote you without any increase in pay. Bonuses are practically nonexistent. Constant turnover and morale is in the tank. 5 days in office but no one around to enforce it. So much disorganization, it’s unbelievable. senior leadership change their direction every year. Overall, a sinking ship you should stay far away from if you value your time & want to be paid fairly for your work.
