ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES!

Pros

Actually can’t think of any

Cons

Where do I begin! …. No structure/chaoctic way of working/no support from line managers/massive blame culture! If you are seen to leave at 5 then you are frowned upon whereas I believe that if you can’t finish your work in your contracted hours then maybe a time management course would help 😂 Nobody speaks to you when in the office. I have worked in banking for many many years, and I can honestly say that this is by far the worst place I have ever worked. Clearly I am not the only one as the turnover of staff is shocking!
