Within a month, you’ll understand why most of us left faster than our salaries could hit the bank. Salary? Pathetic for the workload. You’ll do the job of 3 people and get paid like an intern. Growth? Nonexistent — unless you’re good at sucking up to the right people. Work-life balance? Forget “life,” you’ll barely have time to sleep. 12-16 hours a day is the norm, not the exception.
