Pros

Being thrown into the deep end to see if you will sink or swim is a good way to find out what you have in you. If you’re looking to get your feet wet in the fund admin space, this place will do. Hybrid. Nice office.

Cons

There is no rhyme or reason to their progressions or promotions; the progression pyramid makes no sense. Lack of true leadership in all departments. Managers take credit for associate’s work. Warm bodies who are ‘yes’ men/women are valued over critical thinkers.
