      Reasonable workload and the company is growing

      Cons

      All they care about is margins and the pay is well below market average. Management makes decisions with no input from the people doing the day to day work.

      Good opportunity for individuals starting accountancy profession

      Great teamwork, individuals which just started working in the accountancy profession can learn a lot

      Cons

      Even though you can learn a lot initially you immediately get stuck doing the same things - they can tell you there is room for growth and progression but even titles are invented in my opinion..you would end up still doing the same. Salary and bonuses are below industry average. High Staff turnover and once someone leaves local staff is replaced with cheaper foreigners. Work-life balance is extremely low for someone who continuously aims to add value to what is being done presently
