- allow us to build our technical skills - possibility to climb the corporate ladder - Better facilities such as a mess room available in new office - Different departments have their own list of tasks and duties which allow for a smooth deliverable/reporting

Cons

- work from office 5 days a week without discussing with staff - Since move to new office, we are having transport difficulties and issues to commute back and forth. - Expected to work from office 5 days a week but no seating arrangements made

- Allow us to build on our technical skills - Getting recognise for our hard work - Managers/ Senior managers are very approachable for any issues we may have - Social committee which allow us to interact and get to know our colleagues better - New office space has a proper mess which allow us to have a proper break to recharge - New office has better infrastructures to conduct meetings and make working more pleasant - Works are properly segregated among different departments which allows for a more efficient deliverable.

Cons

- Implementation of training to improve our soft skills - Work from office 5 days a week without any proper reasons why - Compared to competitors, our salary is significantly low - Old hardwear (e.g headphones and mouse) and when replaced we are getting used/broken ones - Difficulty to hire new staffs
