• High expectations and steep learning curve (but that’s also the point) • You need to be proactive and adaptable – this isn’t a passive role

Fast pace - bias for action for leaders at all levels Support team has a focus on supporting field members and making them successful Great comradery in the office - folks feel comfortable working cross functionally to support each other. Hybrid days help with family flexibility

Cons

The Company has high standards and moves at a fast pace which might not be appealing to some. Fast growth in the company across the nationa has caused for some admin + system pain points (onboarding) but is being addressed and part of the current transformation
