Pros

Over one year in the role and cant wait to get up in the morning to drive to work and support the trades (love our focus) Fast paced culture with boundless opportunities to grow, as Apex promotes many of the roles from within and is constantly expanding. Management keeps their promises.

Cons

Fast paced environment where you are working with the best of the best, so bring your A game

Pros

If you enjoy chaos, politics, and watching your coworkers get thrown under the bus on a weekly basis, you’ll fit right in. Great place to build gossiping tactics, not a career.

Cons

This is a sincere, honest review. Not writing this out of bitterness, but writing it because people deserve to know the reality of the culture here. The work environment is toxic, driven by internal politics, blame-shifting, and a leadership style that favors gossiping. There’s no onboarding, no support, and no clear structure. New hires are often set up to fail, not set up to grow. The company talks a lot about being people-first, but behind closed doors, the culture is dominated by back-channel gossip and blaming. People are quick to point fingers, and slow to take accountability — especially in cross-functional teams. Marketing experience particularly high turnover, and for good reason. This is not an environment where you’ll be developed. It’s an environment where you’ll be tested — often without the tools, context, or leadership needed to succeed.

collaborative thinking and partnerships, unbelievable support from all levels, employee first mentality, exciting new adventures daily, an unbelievable and untapped resource for growth and development

Cons

being a newer company sometimes we move too fast and catch up later - not necessarily a con however, definitely challenges you to be a better leader and trainer for your team
