1. Hike & Promotion depends mostly on language based, if you are speaking the same language as higher management you will be on good book. 2. Higher management hire their relatives without any interview in a good position 3. Higher management allow long work from home duration to their relatives, even if you have genuine issues and want to take 2 weeks of work from home it wont be approved for you. 4. Favorite employees are retained with hike even if not retained they are allowed full work from home during notice period even will get early release But others they wont give early release and trouble till last working day. 5. Existing employees are given fake promise for increment while new employees get 3x the salary for doing nothing. 6. Existing employees gets neglected while management will be favoring new joiners. 7. Here its not important how much you work, rather its important how much you fake it. The more you fake it the more you are in good list of upper management. 8. You will be told to work on different tech stack bcz they don't have project for your tech stack. If you cant work they will tell you to put paper.

Don’t join this company as they are hiring bulk and spoiling the carriers.i have been hired for GS Clients no interview no other clients also .Very fraud management.They hired almost 90 peoples in my time but they have not given any one opportunity and removed everyone.
