      Pros

      My first ABA job and it really made me fall in love with the field. I know it's not the career for me but I loved it nonetheless. I had great co workers and loved my team

      Cons

      Burnout can happen and did happen Summer can be a little hectic Pay is very low

      Pros

      They guarantee hours unlike other ABA companies. Great environment. Rotating schedule - you have different clients every day in 3 hour blocks.

      Cons

      The pay is definitely low for the field. They say they have lower pay since they guarantee hours but they could at least pay their employees a livable wage.
