      Supportive BCBAs Encouraging work environment Guaranteed hours Knowledgeable BCBAs and staff Good benefits Very understanding Can be a very fun

      Cons

      The pay is low (not a livable wage, 16$ starting) Not much room for promotion but there are options. Turnover is not great

      Promotions Incentives Friendly management Small case loads Best effort is made to give maximum work hours

      Cons

      Most of the BCBAs are new to the field and have limited knowledge about how to write proper goals and objectives. The lead that trained me wasn’t very knowledgable and often answered “I have no idea” to my questions. The reinforcers/toys are limited and are often broken or don’t have batteries, therefore engaging the clients is often difficult. The pay isn’t great. It is hourly and you only get a 30 minute lunch.

      Pros

      Some of the best reasons to work at Apollo is the guaranteed hours, the monthly lunches, and knowledgeable/supportive BCBAs. It’s in clinic.

      Cons

      It’s hard to get a raise, and opportunities for growth are sparse. A lot is expected compared to the pay. Turnover is rising after the expansion of the company.
