The dynamic of enrollment requires training and retraining. Brace yourself for learning on the fly and taking ownership for that knowledge. Great skill-sets are learned in this environment through coaching with great mentors and managers. Take advantage of it.

Cons

Be aware that on occasion there can be elements where there is a toxic environment. Shield yourself against that by siding with those with a positive attitude. They can be found.

excellent place to work, great salary, excellent people, rewarding atmosphere to be involved in.

Cons

long hours that at times went into evenings. Difficult customers and we had limited resources at times to accomplish customer requirements.

Modern Creative Work environment design recognized in the Curriculum Development Department. Executive level interest in generating change from bottom-up.

Cons

Mid-level management too afraid to execute employee level suggestions. At the end of the day, numbers are all that matters. Even the monthly meetings are focused on numbers instead of necessary focus on quality or any meaningful qualitative research regarding inbound performance.
