Cons

- There isn't a process in place to do anything, so everybody does what they want - There isn't any documentation on how systems work - Management doesn't know how to manage, and they are highly incompetent especially in Naperville, IL - Nobody holds each other accountable for producing good work - They produce horrible website and there are no coding standards - Employees are not familiar with new processes and don't want to learn
