Pros

I love how the company is transparent with their employees. Education benefits are great as well. The managers I have worked with have different personalities, but they all worked well for me. They have different management styles, but all work professionally, An employee must also have an open communication with his or her manager to have a good relationship.

Cons

I have only good things to say about the company so far. I have been with the company for almost 8 years. That's says something about the company.

The mid and lower staff really care about students and want a good experience for the students. People are generally good to work with. Good life balance.

Cons

Poor senior management. No strategy, no execution. No motivation for employees to excel since management can't execute.
