      Pros

      The people and the benefits were great. There was a lot of room for growth and advancements opportunities.

      Cons

      With the current company sale, there have been a lot of cuts. Downsizing is all a part of business but how things are handled could be better.

      Pros

      Good people to work with, and free education. The pay and vacation time was good. Leading edge technology to work with

      Cons

      lay offs almost 3 times a year for the last 6 years, due to constant down sizing. Staff is always nervous about there jobs.

      Pros

      You do technically get a discount on attending school through their subsidiary University of Phoenix. Although the reputation is bad it's not completely justified.

      Cons

      The industry right now is getting hit hard by the government which is really impacting the company overall. There have been reorganizaitons every 6 months, so there isn't much job stability.
