      Easiest job ever, no accountability. Leaders believe their own spin. Piece of cake job if you can get it. Reps feel that sr leaders are raking in the dough so why shouldn't they.

      Get at clue- this group has not work and will continue to pull in the fat without doing anything.

      Pros

      Skilled team members and some managers, Good benefits, Free education for employees.

      Cons

      List is big. But i will mention some of them. Too many PM's without much knowledge of how the company functions. From the looks of it, they don't seem to care about their employees. They keep laying off people (including SME's) year after year. No growth, No innovation on tech side because of large yester-year baggage slowing enthusiastic teams down.I will stop here.
