      Pros

      Good team to work with. Some very innovative local leaders. Nice rate of pay and bonuses awarded for achievement.

      Cons

      Company hierarchy grossly overspent on advertising and mismanaged how they opened new markets. They grew too rapidly, overspent and had to close down over 100 campuses.

      I worked at the Seattle office as software engineer.Nice office with excellent view of DT of seattle nice work life balance.

      very difficult to get promoted and no one cares if you work some extra millage

      The dynamic of enrollment requires training and retraining. Brace yourself for learning on the fly and taking ownership for that knowledge. Great skill-sets are learned in this environment through coaching with great mentors and managers. Take advantage of it.

      Cons

      Be aware that on occasion there can be elements where there is a toxic environment. Shield yourself against that by siding with those with a positive attitude. They can be found.
