      Pros

      Takes care of its employees pretty well. Competitive benefits package. Plentiful opportunities for training and coaching.

      Cons

      Potential employees need to see the recuirment position with proper expectations-- it's sales. Enrollment Counselors are expected to apply pressure and hard-close techniques on prospective students. If candidates can make their peace with this, they'll do fine.

      The compensation and benefits are amazing here. Free education for employees. Free gyms, nice cafe for employees.

      Cons

      Constant lay offs, job uncertainty, coworkers don't know the meaning of team work, job gets boring at times, & dealing with constant change is frustrating
