      The company is currently undergoing a period of transformation. Exciting time to be part of the change and make a difference. Looking toward the future.

      Cons

      Top heavy from historical growth. Could benefit from downsizing at the top and individuals who are supurfluous now that the company needs to get "lean and mean"

      There is little to no growth opportunities unless you know the right people, even if you are a star. Intelligent people do not stick around for long.
