      Flexible home office environment with laptop, phone, and solid SFDC CRM system provided. Decent base pay and good associates to work with...

      Cons

      Management is absolutely clueless as was proven by multiple layoffs, territory changes, zero product support and no guidance. Vertical divisions were a disaster. You need to have some expertise and case studies to go to a vertical business model. Gross incompetence.

      Pros

      You do technically get a discount on attending school through their subsidiary University of Phoenix. Although the reputation is bad it's not completely justified.

      Cons

      The industry right now is getting hit hard by the government which is really impacting the company overall. There have been reorganizaitons every 6 months, so there isn't much job stability.
