      Opportunities still exist in the company that can still be great for a career. Compensation is average. Work-life balance is dependent on position in the company.

      Cons

      The company is going through lean times. Looking to be more efficient and really willing to take on more risk for cost savings.

      The benefits are awesome, it is a very relaxed environment and no one is watching over your shoulder. Accountability is kept through achievement

      Cons

      Infrastructure changes and poor choices in those changes. There were constant organizational structure changes aka "reorgs".
