      Befits are decent, some departments are self sufficient

      Cons

      Compensation way below average, poor management, poor communication across all levels, all increases canceled.

      Pros

      Great vacation time and benefits. Wonderful people to work with. Depending on dept there are some opportunities to telecommute. Employees are dedicated to the company's mission.

      Cons

      Pay is under benchmark. No transparency; no one ever knows what is going on with the company. Lots of favoritism from management and management can really make or break your experience there. Very hard to get hired internally in any department. CEO should have been removed some time ago.
